VoicePath is an AI agency I founded to ship voice agents that work in the real world — not just in demos.

The problem

Most businesses still answer the phone the way they did in 1995. Routing trees, hold music, and overworked receptionists. The cost shows up everywhere: missed calls, frustrated customers, staff burning out on repetitive intake.

What we build

Voice agents grounded in each client’s own knowledge — appointment scheduling, intake, FAQ resolution, escalation paths — that sound human and behave reliably. We pair STT, LLM reasoning, retrieval grounding, and high-quality TTS into a single experience customers don’t bounce off of.

Healthcare in particular

What’s different
